These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gleam Autocare website and the car detailing services we provide. By using this website or booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Who we are

Gleam Autocare ("Gleam," "we," "us," or "our") provides mobile and garage-based car detailing across the Greater Montreal Area, based in Lachine, Quebec.

Our services

We provide interior and exterior car detailing, including our Signature Wash and related add-ons such as spray wax, ceramic sealant, salt stain removal, and pet hair removal. Service descriptions and prices on this website are for general information. Final pricing depends on your vehicle's size, condition, and the services selected, and is confirmed when we give you a quote.

Quotes and booking

• Submitting a form or contacting us is a request for a quote, not a confirmed booking.
• A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed on a date, time, and price with you directly.
• Prices start from the amounts shown (for example, the Signature Wash from $189 for a sedan in average condition) and may be higher for larger vehicles, heavy soiling, or added services.

Mobile service requirements

For mobile appointments at your home or office, you are responsible for providing safe and legal access to your vehicle and, where required for the service, access to water and electricity. If we cannot safely complete the service due to access, weather, or site conditions, we will work with you to reschedule.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We issue estimates and invoices through our invoicing provider. You agree to pay the amount confirmed in your quote, plus any applicable taxes.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible by phone or email so we can offer the slot to someone else. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments affected by weather or circumstances beyond our control.

Our satisfaction commitment

We walk the finished car with you before payment. If something is not right, tell us and we will make it right. Detailing improves the condition of your vehicle but cannot guarantee removal of every stain, scratch, odor, or pre-existing damage, especially on older or heavily worn vehicles. We will always tell you upfront what we can realistically achieve.

Your responsibilities

• Remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the car.
• Tell us about any existing damage, sensitive surfaces, or modifications before we begin.
• Provide accurate contact and vehicle information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gleam Autocare is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or issues disclosed before service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable Quebec consumer protection law.

Website use

This website and its content are provided for general information. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content without permission. We may update or change the site and its content at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
